Strategy

(a) Learn: We had a initial meeting talking ambitions and vision, understanding the company and the market. (b) Analyse: Further analysing his competitors, what made them stand out marketingwise and how to make Pekabo stand out theme wise, understanding the boat service industry as a whole. (c) Create: The creation part was alot of testing, the thinking behind the design was that we wanted to give it a sharp, masculine and strong statement to customer, competitors and investors. We had one revision meeting aswell.
